HRIS, HR data quality and process management – are you passionate about these areas? Do you want to take responsibility for challenging projects and get things moving internationally without being constantly on the move? Now is the perfect time to join our global HR team in Hamburg. In numerous projects and initiatives over the next few years, we will drive forward the digitisation of HR processes and convert our HR information systems (HRIS) into a modern solution landscape with engaging self-service functionalities. As a global HR Data Manager, you will play a key role on this journey.
You will design and own the data framework for our HRIS SuccessFactors, (further) develop our HR core processes and drive sustainable improvement of our data quality. This will create the basis for processing of employee and organisational data in our global HR systems, summarised in a global data template. Your goal is to provide insightful information to support the business units in implementing our global strategies. In workshops and in dialogues with your HR stakeholders, you are going to determine which information and data is relevant and how it should be maintained. This requires continuously rethinking our processes and systems in order to interlink them optimally. This is why you are going to be a driving force who is always up-to-date on recent technology trends and best practices in the HR data environment in order to develop solutions that add value. Ensuring and continuously improving data quality are of course key aspects of this endeavour. You will coordinate the definition of HR master data as well as the concepts for data maintenance and permissions in alignment with all relevant international data protection regulations. One of your first (large-scale) projects will be the roll-out of essential HR and organisational data for all global and local HR teams in the Sasol group.
