You will assume sales responsibility for the Eastern Europe region or France. From A to Z, you will be responsible for growing the polymers business with existing customers and for acquiring further major customers in your region. The aim is to position Sasol as a leading supplier of commodity polyolefins in the packaging industry. Identifying and embracing opportunities – that is the motto that you will consistently pursue. Active relationship management will be an integral part of your role. You will maintain good contact with decision-makers as well as teams at all levels of customer organisations. You will stay informed about the requirements of your customer portfolio and developments in the industry. Equally important: well-founded market and competition analyses as well as the exchange with international colleagues. With a strategic vision and tactical nous, you will succeed in winning new business that will bring us sustainable progress. You will introduce customers to Sasol’s value proposition and products. After contracts have been signed, you always stay "on the ball" and ensure that your customers are completely satisfied with our products and services. You will conclude price and volume agreements, compile demand forecasts and ensure that orders are processed reliably in close coordination with our Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations and Technical Services teams. And should there happen to be any problems, you will first find a quick solution for our customer and secondly ensure that the cause is found and permanently rectified. In short, in addition to first-class products, you offer customers excellent support in all phases of cooperation.
